There are many stages in life – child to adult, young and healthy to aging and challenged, or student to teacher. There are seasons in life as well. The season of a busy, yet carefree single person finding their way in the world, first time away from home, to the season of a busy and harried young parent, all their time swallowed by caring for the needs of others, just to name two seasons. But the thing about stages and seasons is that they change and evolve and if we allow them, they can help us to grow and become more than we were before, to explore avenues we had no idea we might even take. This season in my life is about several things but the most surprising is the desire and drive to write. And that’s what this blog is about – exploring what it means to write and hopefully, in the process, soaring to new heights of creativity and experience.
